Our Unified Dispatcher Centre will serve this end... And not only so.

Due to powerful servers and specially designed software, installed and implemented in Armenia after detailed analysis, we can organize order acception and provision of taxies to customers in a shortest possible time. 

This system allows the customers to order taxies from the place they stay at the moment merely dialing a single phone number, the number of the Unified Dispatcher Centre. And any car nearest to the customer will drive up to him, independent of its belonging to this or that taxi service, if that service is the partner of our unified system. Therefore you will not wait long. You will know and remember only one phone number and can book any taxi plying in the vicinity. 

Taxis are controlled by the server. The customers application enters the server database and disseminated to all taxies that are not far from the customer. The drivers who are near the order address choose the order on their own. 

The software installed in the GPS navigators of the car ensures the driver’s access to the unified server, which accepts customer orders. 

The driver accepts the order and approves it pressing the button. The server checks if no other driver has chosen the same order beforehand. Only after this the order is fixed with this driver.  The latter just has to point out the time when he will reach the destination point. You will also receive an SMS with this information and a voice alert. The alert indicates the name of the taxi service, the make and registration number of the car. After the driver reaches the mentioned address he presses a button on the telephone and the system sends an SMS or a voice message to the client telling him that the car is in place. 

To make our service to you more comfortable our company connects to the Unified Dispatcher Centre only those taxi services, which strictly comply with the ethics and culture of serving the population. This means that the drivers must be properly dressed, shaven and clean. The driver shall not smoke inside the car in presence of passengers. He has to help the passenger in opening the boot and putting or taking out the luggage, he shall not speak on the phone while driving, shall not swear or complain about his life during the drive. And this is not all.

You also control the behavior of the driver. After execution of the order when the driver presses the relevant button, the system automatically sends a message to the customer telling him that the order is over. The answering machine thanks the customer for the order and offers to press the relevant button on the phone to evaluate this or that quality of the driver. And if you wish you can vote for improvement of taxi service quality. 

Let us mention one more detail in regard to our system. Our company does not cooperate with untested cars and inexperienced drivers. 

We need your and the customers’ assistance to achieve the goal of our company, that is enhancement of the work of taxi service, so as to bring maximum comfort, speed and availability to population. And your assistance is the confidence you have towards our company and your orders, which will not financially differ from the common orders. You will pay only for the kilometers you have passed.
